Return and Refund Policy

Because all Disco Tiger products are custom-made to order, each item is produced specifically for you. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Custom-made product exemption

As our products are made to order, they are exempt from the EU's standard 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size choices or change of mind. Please refer to the size guides on each product page before ordering.

Damages and issues 

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at discotiger10@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipment required.

Refunds 

Once your claim is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
